Operasyonel gözden geçirmeler müşterilerimizden gelen talep üzerine belirlenen alandaki, iş akışlarının, muhasebe kayıtları, belge ve evrakların incelenmesi, denetlenmesi, problemlerin ortaya konulması ve iyileştirme fırsatlarının müşterimize iletilmesidir. Örneğin satış ve tahsilat alanında aksamalar olduğunu düşünen bir işletme salt bu alandaki eksikliklerini ortaya çıkartmak ve problemleri ortaya koymak talebinde bulunabilir. Bu durumda denetim planımızı tahsilat ve satış hesapları, iş akışları, muhasebe kayıtları ve düzeni ile kısıtlayarak çalışmamızı gerçekleştireceğiz. Bu alandaki denetim hizmetimize, spesifik bir alana ait olduğu için, “Operasyonel Gözden Geçirmeler” diyoruz. İşletmelerin bazı birimlerindeki bir aksama, düzgün çalışan diğer birimlerini de etkileyecektir. Bu bakımdan işletmenin operasyonlarındaki problemler tespit edilmeli ve iyileştirilmelidir. Entegre çalışan bir işletmede, birbirine bağımlı olarak çalışan bu birimler arasında kopukluk olması düşünülemez. Örneğin üretimden gelen yanlış veriler sonucu muhasebe ve raporlamanın yanlış hazırlanması, bütçede de kargaşaya yol açacaktır. Bu bakımdan; tarafımızdan yapılacak periyodik operasyonel gözden geçirmeler sonucu, mali kayıtlara konu olacak rakamların sağlıklı olarak üretim birimlerinden geldiği ve işlendiğini ortaya çıkartılacaktır. Operasyonel gözden geçirmeler sonucu elde ettiğimiz bulgular; operasyonun başında olan yöneticiler ve çalışanlardan kurulu fokus grubu ile tartışılır. Onların da fikirleri ve düşünceleri tarafımızdan dikkate alınır. Fokus grubu sonucunda operasyonların düzgün çalışması ve birbirleri ile eşanlı entegrasyonun yapılması için gerekli olan ihtiyaçlar ortaya konulur. Müşterimizden gelen talep doğrultusunda uygulaması da tarafımızdan yapılır.

OPERATINONAL REVIEWS 

Operational reviews are limited audit plans for the detection of the problems subject to a specific area. For instance consider a company that needs to find out the problems arising in the sales and collection of the payments. In this case, we limit our audit plan to this specific area which is demanded by our client. We apply tests only for this specific area. We review the operations, business flows, accounting records, files related to this specific area. For this reason we call this service line as ”Operational Reviews”. Operational reviews are subsets of our audit plan. Having a natural instinct for perception of the problems, the managers are often aware of the deficiencies. However, it takes time to detect them. KepezCPA solves this problem by its extensive operational review techniques. The result based on our study; is presented to the management by an operational review report. In the report, we explain the techniques we use, the problems detected and the rehabilitation opportunities. Operations of the company are integrated and related with each other. A mistake in one of them will lead to another mistake and entirely all the figures will end up by a big mistake as a consolidation of all of them.
