Çalışanların performanslarının ölçülmesi, objektif kriterlerle bağımsız olarak değerlendirilmesi, kendilerine ve üst yönetime raporlanması tarafımızdan yapılır. Her değerlendirme toplantısı sonunda yeni hedefler, geliştirilmesi gerekli olan alanlar tespit edilir, yönetime ve değerlemesi yapılan personelle paylaşılır. KepezCPA’nın yapmış olduğu performans değerlemesi çalışanların performansını arttırıcı bir değerlendirmedir. Birçok şirket bu gibi değerlendirmeleri ya kişisel rating olarak ya da dönemsel toplantılarla çalışanlarına iletmektedir. Değerlendirmenin profesyonel ve tarafsız yapılması için bağımsız kişiler tarafından yapılması gerekmektedir. Bu şekilde; çalışanlar kendilerini daha serbest hissedecekler, paylaşacakları bilgilerin gizli kalacağı inancı ve güveniyle, herhangi bir baskı altında kalmadan, kişisel durumlarını ve şirketin insan kaynağı profilini ortaya koyacaklardır. Karşılıklı mülakat ve işte inceleme teknikleri şeklinde ortaya koyacağımız hizmetlerimiz neticesinde, çalışanların performanslarını arttırıcı bir dizi öneri tarafımızca işverene raporlanacaktır. Çalışanların çalıştıkları işyerinden zevk almaları ve işletmeyi kendilerinden bir parça olarak hissetmeye başlamaları için; standart personel toplantıları yerine kişiye özel, profesyonel İK hizmetlerine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. HUMAN CAPITAL PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SERVICES

Performance appraisals of the employees, assessment based on objective criteria and reporting of the consequences to top management and employees are conducted by KepezCPA. After the performance appraisal meeting; new goals are set, areas for improvement are determined and shared to employees and employer. The performance appraisal executed by KepezCPA is focusing on the success of the human factor at work and is aiming to form an independent bridge between the employer and the employees. Many companies are communicating their appraisals to employees by personal rating or periodical meetings. These meetings are often one sided meetings and the management usually does not return to employees for the feedback. In case thoughts of the employees are asked; employees are rarely sharing their own ideas due to the platform which is not comfortable (employees may think that the employer will be annoyed to hear critics). The evaluation has to be conducted by an independent body for the fairness of the opinion and objectivity in the diagnosis of the problems. Employees will feel themselves comfortable and share all their thoughts, provide a SWOT analysis about themselves. This will give us an idea about the labor force of the company. We are using personal interviews, on the job observation and focus group techniques for our human capital performance appraisal studies.
